Observational StudyInvestigation of SARS-CoV-2 RNA in Milk Produced by Women with COVID-19 and Follow-Up of Their Infants: A Preliminary Study.
Studies have shown that severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is primarily transmitted from person to person via airborne droplets. It is unclear whether it can be shed into human milk and transmitted to a child via breastfeeding. We investigated the presence of SARS-CoV-2 RNA in human milk samples of 15 mothers with coronavirus disease 19 (COVID-19) and in the throat swab samples of their infants. ⋯ To our knowledge, this is the first case series with the largest number of cases with SARS-CoV-2 RNA positivity in human milk samples of mothers with COVID-19. However, we believe that the benefits of breastfeeding may outweigh the risk of SARS-CoV-2 infection in infants.

Craniocervical Flexion Test in patients with migraine: discriminatory validity and accuracy.
To evaluate the discriminative validity and provide a clinical cut-off of the craniocervical flexion test (CCFT) in migraineurs stratified by the report of neck pain, headache-related disability and neck disability. ⋯ The CCFT can discriminate asymptomatic controls from migraine patients with and without neck pain. However, it cannot discriminate patients with migraine according to their pain-related disability. Also, the CCFT does not offer an optimal cut-off value in migraine patients adequate to clinical practice.

The effects of pre-dialysis blood pressure targets on prognosis and health-related quality of life in hemodialysis patients.
The aim of the study is to investigate the effects of pre-dialysis blood pressure targets on health-related quality of life and prognosis and to determine the optimal target for pre-dialysis blood pressure in haemodialysis patients. ⋯ The scores from the health-related quality of life survey were higher in standard target group, but no differences in mortality risk between the two groups were observed.

Combined predictive performance of age and neutrophilic percentage on admission for severe novel coronavirus disease 2019.
Novel coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) poses a huge threat to the global public health. This study aimed to identify predictive indicators of severe COVID-19. ⋯ China Clinical Trial Registry, number ChiCTR2000030226. Predictive value of d-dimer/albumin ratio and fibrinogen/albumin ratio for in-hospital mortality in patients with COVID-19.
Due to the high mortality of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), there are difficulties in the managing emergency department. We investigated whether the D-dimer/albumin ratio (DAR) and fibrinogen/albumin ratio (FAR) predict mortality in the COVID-19 patients. ⋯ DAR may be used as a new marker to predict mortality in COVID-19 patients. In addition, the concurrent high DARs and FARs were found to be more valuable in predicting in-hospital mortality than either separately.
