We designed a multicenter, retrospective study to investigate the current trends in initial management of reflux with respect to European Association of Urology (EAU) Guidelines in Urology clinics of our country. ⋯ Current trends in management of reflux in our country do not yet follow the EAU guidelines on VUR in low and moderate risk groups despite these reliable and accepted guidelines were expected to influence our daily approach.

Multicenter Study Observational StudyReal-world therapeutic management and evolution of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia in primary care and urology in Spain.
This study aimed to describe the real-world therapeutic management of patients with lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) due to benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) (LUTS/BPH) attending primary care and urology clinics in Spain. ⋯ Most patients with LUTS/BPH received pharmacological treatment; however, most men with progression criteria did not receive a 5ARI alone or in combination. These results support the need to reinforce both primary care and urologists existing clinical guideline recommendations for the appropriate medical management of patients with LUTS/BPH.

Cesarean Section Delivery From Maternal Perspective : An Exploratory Study in Jordan.
This study aims to determine females' views, experiences and attitudes regarding the caesarean section (CS) and to explore the factors that increase the prevalence of CS in Jordan. ⋯ This study indicated that Jordanian females do not have reliable sources of information about CS. This leads to lower awareness of CS and its complications, and, as expected, CS is more likely to be performed by privately insured women.

Randomized Controlled TrialEfficacy of various laser devices on lithotripsy in retrograde intrarenal surgery used to treat 1-2 cm kidney stones: A prospective randomized study.
To compare the efficacy of different laser devices and power ranges on lithotripsy in retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS) for 1-2 cm kidney stones. ⋯ The 30 W laser device used in RIRS for 1-2 cm kidney stones had shorter operation times, higher SFRs, and lower post-operative pain scores compared with the 20 W device. The 30 W laser device is safe and more efficient in RIRS for treatment of 1-2 cm kidney stones.
