Calcifying Pseudoneoplasm of the Neuraxis Arising from the Sacral Canal: A Case Report and Review of the Literature.
Calcifying pseudoneoplasm of the spine is an extremely rare lesion and has not yet been reported in the sacral canal. ⋯ Calcifying pseudoneoplasm of the neuraxis can occur throughout the spine, including the sacral canal, and should be included in the differential diagnosis of intraspinal calcified lesions.

A 65-year-old female presented with progressive unilateral vision loss leading to blindness and features of central diabetes insipidus (DI) for 3 months' duration. Imaging showed a well-circumscribed, lobulated, rim-enhancing suprasellar lesion with inhomogeneous diffusion restriction. ⋯ At 5 months' follow-up, she had improvement of her diabetes insipidus but no visual improvement. This paper presents a case of suprasellar epidermoid with atypical imaging findings.

Efficacy and Safety of Treatment of Ruptured Intracranial Aneurysms.
To compare the treatment results of ruptured aneurysms treated endovascularly with aneurysms treated with microsurgical clipping. ⋯ Microsurgical clipping shows a lower rate of treatment-associated complications and a higher occlusion rate of ruptured intracranial aneurysms than coil embolization. The individual evaluation and decision process for choice of treatment modality in this study is very effective.

'Masson's Haemangioma'- An unusual cause of thoracic compressive myelopathy.
Masson hemangioma is a rare pathologic entity characterized by intravascular papillary endothelial hyperplasia. Although benign, this hemangioma grows to form an expansile compressing mass. This lesion is mostly seen in skin and subcutaneous tissue. Occurrence in the central nervous system is rare. Still rarer is a spinal location with only 5 case reports published to date in the literature. ⋯ This rare pathology should be in the differential diagnosis when spinal cord compressive myelopathy is encountered.

Unusual and Rare Locations for Craniopharyngiomas: Clinical Significance and Review of the Literature.
This study discusses rare and unusual locations of primary craniopharyngiomas. ⋯ Craniopharyngiomas are most often located in the suprasellar region. Presentation in sites outside the parasellar region is rare. Among these ectopic sites, the cerebellopontine angle appears to be the most common location.
