Review[Impact of models of care integrating direct access to physiotherapy in primary care and emergency care contexts in patients with musculoskeletal disorders: A narrative review].
Musculoskeletal disorders are increasing in prevalence, principally due to sedentary behaviors. Strong evidence supports an early need for first-line treatment including physiotherapy. New and innovative models in primary and emergency care have been drawn up and put the physiotherapist's skills to work in early and first-line management of patients with musculoskeletal disorders. The objectives of this review were to identify and describe studies assessing models of care integrating direct access to physiotherapy in primary care and in emergency care for patients with musculoskeletal disorders and to provide perspectives on the application of these two models in France. ⋯ The studies dealing with the new models for provision of care integrating direct access to physiotherapy in primary care or emergency care impart two lessons: (1) they are not designed to replace the physician; (2) collaboration between different health professionals aimed at improving patients' access to efficient care is to be encouraged. It would be worthwhile to focus upon dissemination factors that would enhance the efficiency of these innovative models in other countries, as in France.

[Cesarean sections in the Centre-Val de Loire region: Practices and indications-the Robson Classification].
To study the cesarean section (c-section) practices in the French Centre-Val de Loire region: incidence of planned c-section and rate variations between maternities, incidence of potentially avoidable cesarean sections. ⋯ Specific actions were identified: targeted use of radiologic pelvimetry, targeted c-section on scarred uterus with only one previous cesarean section or breech presentation, as recommended by the national guidelines. The Robson classification should be widely used to evaluate and enhance practices, in particularly through painstakingly interpreted inter-maternity comparisons.

[Children's consultations for dental emergency. Retrospective study in Île-de-France].
In France, the children oral health status has improved but the use of care remains insufficient. The complexity of the acts, the access to care difficulties and the programs of prevention and care for children lack of knowledge contribute to late care and often, in emergency. This study aims to describe the young patients' characteristics consulting in dental emergency and analyse the modalities of recourse. ⋯ A large proportion of children presenting for dental emergencies, have most of the time, only the need for usual care. An offer of dental care, adapted to the territory needs, is necessary for the children dental health management. Preventive measures from an early age and early recourse would be favourable.

[Quality of the diagnoses' coding (main or associated diagnoses) in the medico-administrative database for psychiatric care (RIM-P) in 2015 and 2016, France].
Based on the observation of the misuse of ICD-10 to code the diagnoses in the RIM-P (lack of completeness, conformity and diversity), the Technical Agency for information on Hospital Care (ATIH), which provides tools for collecting medical information, conducted two actions in 2016. First, a chapter devoted to the instructions of coding has been written in the methodological guide of production of the RIM-P, second, a variable "type psy" was added to the ICD-10 nomenclature's file framing ICD-10 coding in the RIM-P. The purpose of this study is to describe the quality of diagnosis coding using ICD-10 in the RIM-P in 2015 and 2016. ⋯ This study emphasizes the need for a collective effort to improve the diversity of the diagnoses' coding in the RIM-P.
