Case description: A case of a 37-year-old female patient suffering from refractory bilateral trigeminal neuralgia is presented, who underwent various interventions such as acupuncture, block therapies and even microvascular decompression without effective pain relief. ⋯ Radiosurgery by CyberKnife is not yet the first line of management in trigeminal neuralgia, however, it should be considered since several studies have managed to demonstrate an increase in the quality of life of patients and pain relief in refractory or severe cases. of said pathology.

Relationship between Perme ICU Mobility Score and length of stay in patients after cardiac surgery.
Patients undergoing cardiac surgery can experience functional impairment. ⋯ An increase in mobility status (Perme Score), mainly on the third postoperative day, reduced the ICU stay, mainly influenced by preoperative pulmonary function.

A 22-year-old female patient received the first dose of Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine (RNAm) against COVID-19; 6 days later, she presented abdominal pain located in the right hypochondrium and epigastrium, associated with emetic episodes. Re-consultation 21 days later due to the same symptoms; three days after the second dose of the vaccine was administered. ⋯ The current SARS CoV-2 pandemic has spurred the development of new vaccines, the safety of which remains a concern. There is a likely causal relationship between vaccination and liver involvement in this clinical case, rather than simply a sporadic occurrence.
