Patient delay of COVID-19 patients occurs frequently, which poses a challenge to the overall epidemic situation. In this study, we aimed to evaluate the extent of patient delay, explore its factors, and investigate the effects of patient interval on epidemic situation. ⋯ Identification and quarantine of close contacts, promoting the spatial accessibility to fever clinics and creating public awareness are crucial to shortening patient delays to flat the curve for COVID-19.

Gay and bisexual men are at a higher risk of mental and physical health problems than heterosexual men, reporting higher frequencies of harassment and discrimination in both housing and employment domains. Psychological inflexibility/experiential avoidance (PI/EA) refers to behaviors that are rigidly guided by psychological reactions rather than direct contingencies or personal values; PI/EA referring to a key psychopathology behavior related to greater mental illness. The objective of the study was to examine the association of various types of harassment with PI/EA and the effects of multiple types and site harassment on PI/EA among Taiwanese emergent adult gay and bisexual men. ⋯ Harassment experiences appeared to be significantly associated with PI/EA, and the effects could be cumulative. It would be beneficial to construct a friendly world for emergent adult gay and bisexual men. Evaluation and intervention with PI/EA improvement should be considered for emergent adult gay and bisexual men with traditional and cyber harassment experiences.

The 17 sustainable development goals (SDGs) were established by the United Nations Agenda 2030 plan of action to achieve peace, prosperity, and well-being for all by 2030. SDG 3 aims to ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages. However, oral health is not specifically mentioned and targeted in SDG 3. ⋯ In addition, oral health is associated with social, economic, cultural, and environmental problems. By the implementation of oral health care, oral health promotion, and universal health coverage, these could not only be good for oral health but also benefit for general health and well-being. Taken together, oral health is the first step to SDG 3.

This study utilized the recently advanced technique in MR imaging to establish its role on diagnosing all types of endolymphatic hydrops (EH). ⋯ The sensitivity and specificity of MR imaging for confirming all types of EH were 69% and 83%, respectively. Although diagnostic criteria can identify primary and delayed EH, MR imaging may provide a supplementary tool for diagnosing secondary, embryopathic, or asymptomatic EH, if patients are not with hearing recovery, chronic low-tone hearing loss, or just after vertiginous attack.
