To demonstrate the outcome of intralesional management and show the safety of local treatment of cornual pregnancy. ⋯ Using a local approach, the treatment agent can reach the area of the cornual pregnancy in high concentrations. Based on this case series, a local approach seems to be an effective and fertility-sparing method for treating unruptured cornual pregnancies.

To determine the frequency of subclinical hypothyroidism in local adult obese population. ⋯ Subclinical hypothyroidism is highly prevalent in our population with BMI of more than 29kg/m2. Further studies are recommended on relationship between thyroid functions and BMI and its effect on cardiovascular functions.

To compare neonatal outcomes between Category-1 and Non-Category-1 Primary Emergency Cesarean Section. ⋯ In this study, fetal distress and non-progress of labor were the main indications for Category-1 and Non-Category-1 CS respectively. We did not find statistically significant association between indications of Em CS and neonatal outcomes. However further prospective studies are required to confirm this association.

To determine the efficacy of Vitamin D supplementation in achieving an early sputum conversion in vitamin D deficient smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients. ⋯ Four doses of intramuscular vitamin D given after every 14 days corrected vitamin D deficiency and improved the rate of sputum smear conversion in patients of pulmonary tuberculosis.

To study the dynamic changes and clinical significance of serum S100B protein and glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) in patients with delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning (DEACMP). ⋯ DEACMP was accompanied by secondary brain injury, for which glial activation may be important. Serum S100B and GFAP levels may be related to prognosis.
