Advanced cardiovascular surgery in structural heart disease require accurate pre-operative evaluation. Most of non-invasive imaging technologies remain limited in two-dimensional and show insufficiency of visualization for procedural planning. The aim of this study was to discuss the value of patient-specific 3-dimensional (3D) printing in treatment of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM). ⋯ The proposed optimal 3D-modelled septal myectomy allows intraoperative monitoring of the shape and volume of the myocardium resection to achieve the 'ideal' interventricular septum. It eliminates obstruction in the LVOT and SAM, resulting in LV remodeling with an increase in LV end-diastolic volume and diameter at early follow-up.

To investigate the clinical efficacy of zoledronic acid in the treatment of senile osteoporosis. ⋯ Zoledronic acid is helpful to alleviate clinical symptoms, reduce the degree of bone pain, and promote the increase of bone mass, and has high safety in the treatment of senile osteoporosis, which is worth promotion.

To assess risk of fetal growth restriction (FGR) by combined screening in early and mid-pregnancy. ⋯ The predictive efficiency of combined FGR screening in early and mid-pregnancy surpasses that of simple mid-pregnancy screening. It is recommended to use the integrated screening program in early and mid-pregnancy to predict FGR.

This study was aimed to compare the clinical outcomes of ovulation induction (OI) by timed intercourse with letrozole (LTZ) and clomiphene citrate (CC). ⋯ LTZ is an effective OI agent in PCOS patients. LTZ is superior to CC in terms of pregnancy rates and live birth rates. As a result, we recommend that LTZ should be the first-line treatment agent in patients with PCOS.
