To evaluate the therapeutic effects of internal fixation with support plates and cannulated screws via the posterolateral approach on supination external rotation stage IV ankle fracture. ⋯ For patients with posterior malleolar fracture or osteoporosis, fixation using support plate is recommended. Cannulated screw fixation is suitable for for patients with poor conditions of skin soft tissues or basic diseases such as diabetes intolerant to long surgery.

To investigate the failure loads of dentin bonded all-ceramic crowns when luted with Bioactive, resin and glass ionomer cements (GIC) in an in-vitro setting. ⋯ Dentin boned crowns with resin cementation showed higher failure loads than Bioactive and GIC luted crowns. Crowns luted with Bioactive cement showed acceptable failure loads for use as restoration on anterior teeth.

To compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of brain radiotherapy combined with targeted therapy and concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with brain metastasis. ⋯ Whole brain radiotherapy combined with targeted therapy is superior to concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of NSCLC with brain metastasis and has high safety. It can effectively prolong the life span of patients and is worth clinical promotion and application.

To discuss the function of mixed reality (MR) technology in guiding location of intervertebral foramen microscopic puncture and analyze its feasibility and clinical application value. ⋯ Mixed reality (MR) can accurately guide the establishment of intervertebral foramen microscopic cannula, solve the bottleneck problem of intervertebral foramen microscopic technology, promote puncture success rate, reduce repeated puncture times, avoid by-injury, shorten puncture time and reduce X-ray radiation quantity of operators and patients, so it deserves to be promoted and applied.
