To investigate the clinical effect of ambroxol in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis. ⋯ For asthmatic bronchitis patients, addition of ambroxol to conventional treatment can improve the therapeutic effect, shorten the disappearance time of clinical signs and symptoms, and promote the recovery of patients, which is worth clinical application.

This study aims to discuss the value of ultrasonic analysis and anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide (CCP) antibody analysis in evaluating the state of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). ⋯ It is possible to observe the degree of disease activity dynamically by combining ultrasonography with anti-CCP antibody and make a better assessment of patients to facilitate treatment.

To estimate frequency of stunting and associated factors in children aged less than five years in a tertiary care hospital of Lahore. ⋯ The frequency of stunting in children less than five years of age is 42 (21.0%). The significant risk factors associated with stunting were found as male gender (p= 0.047), joint family system (p=0.049), low maternal education (p=0.031), unvaccinated status(p=0.03).

To analyze the clinical effect of delivery ball and free position delivery nursing in primipara delivery. ⋯ In the delivery of primipara, delivery ball combined with free position delivery can help the primipara relieve pain, improve comfort degree, reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage, shorten the duration of various stages of labor, and improve the delivery outcome. It has a high clinical promotion value.

To determine the association of systemic lupus erythematosus disease activity index (SLEDAI) score in pediatric onset SLE (p-SLE) with clinical and laboratory parameters. ⋯ In this study, patients with Lupus Nephritis had high SLEDAI scores. Elevated Anti-dsDNA titer, ESR, low complement levels and hemoglobin were significantly associated with high SLEDAI scores. We recommend that SLEDAI score should be calculated in p-SLE patients for stringent disease monitoring and treatment.
