To evaluate the effectiveness of Tranexamic Acid in preventing postpartum hemorrhage against placebo in high-risk women undergoing cesarean section. ⋯ The study highlighted the significance of tranexamic acid in controlling post-partum hemorrhages, the requirement of additional uterotonic agents, improving post-partum hemoglobin, and the need for blood transfusion.

To evaluate the value of three-dimensional transvaginal ultrasound (3D-TVS) for endometrial lesions in postmenopausal women, so as to improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis of endometrial lesions in postmenopausal women. ⋯ 3D-TVS has obvious clinical value in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions in postmenopausal women, boasting a variety of advantages, such as high accuracy, sensitivity and specificity, effectively reflecting the blood flow of patients with endometrial lesions, and further determining the degree of benign and malignant lesions in patients.

Coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) is a widely used surgical procedure which improves clinical outcomes in appropriately selected patients. Conventionally, the greater saphenous vein is often used in CABG. However, due to their higher long-term patency rates, arterial conduits are routinely used, with the left internal thoracic artery (LITA) on left anterior descending (LAD) being the gold standard in CABG. ⋯ Results indicated that TAG is a highly efficient technique, and multiple arterial grafts can be used to reliably revascularize all coronary artery territories. TAG was more beneficial in terms of both short and long-term outcomes and its use should be encouraged. Large randomized clinical trials are needed to confirm the superiority of total arterial grafting with regard to long-term outcomes.

To investigate the effects of Montelukast sodium combined with Budesonide aerosol on airway function and T lymphocytes in asthmatic children. ⋯ In the clinical treatment of asthmatic children, in combination with routine treatment, budesonide atomizer and montelukast sodium can effectively promote the improvement of airway function, regulate T lymphocytes levels, reduce inflammatory reaction and improve the total clinical curative effect.

To evaluate the clinical effect of magnesium aluminum carbonate combined with rabeprazole-based triple therapy in the treatment of patients with Helicobacter pylori-positive gastric ulcer associated with hemorrhage. ⋯ Magnesium aluminum carbonate combined with rabeprazole-based triple therapy is preferred for the treatment of patients with Helicobacter pylori-positive gastric ulcer associated with hemorrhage. With such a highly effective treatment regimen, the internal environment and blood supply of gastric mucosal cells can be significantly improved, gastric mucosal inflammation and gastrointestinal symptoms can be ameliorated, and the healing of ulcer surfaces can be accelerated.
