To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of directional dilation in transurethral columnar balloon dilation of the prostate (TUCBDP), and summarize relevant experience. ⋯ Directional dilation is improved in TUCBDP as having the advantages of safety and effectiveness, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.

To investigate the clinical efficacy of exposure enhancement technique and femoral condyle pushing technique applying in the posterior horn of the medial meniscus of the knee. ⋯ Exposure enhancement technique and femoral condyle pushing technique in the repair of the posterior horn of the medial meniscus presents satisfactory efficacy. It can improve the pain and activity of the knee, and enhance the stability of residual meniscus. Therefore, it is worth promoting.

To analyze the diagnostic characteristics and clinical related factors of patients with atelectasis by painless electronic bronchoscopy. ⋯ Painless electronic bronchoscopy is of great value in the clinical diagnosis of patients with atelectasis, and it is likely to further clarify the etiology of atelectasis. Age, sex, and quantity of smoking may be clinical factors associated with atelectasis.

To determine the application value of thinprep cytologic test (TCT) combined with serum carbohydrate antigen 153 (CA153) and carbohydrate antigen 50 (CA50) detection in the early diagnosis and screening of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions. ⋯ TCT combined with serum CA153 and CA50 has been reported as a treatment regimen with high accuracy, which has a high diagnostic efficiency for early diagnosis of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions, and can significantly improve the sensitivity.

To investigate the effects of percutaneous vertebroplasty with high viscosity bone cement on pain and the levels of bone specific alkaline phosphatase (BALP), Type-I collagen cross-linked telopeptide (CTX) and serum osteocalcin (BGP) in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. ⋯ Percutaneous vertebroplasty with high viscosity bone cement in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures can reduce the incidence of bone cement leakage and help to further reduce pain and improve bone metabolism.
