To evaluate the effects of cognitive-behavioral therapy on psychological resilience, social adaptation and clinical efficacy in patients with bone tumors. ⋯ Cognitive-behavioral therapy is an effective regimen for patients suffering from bone tumors, boasting various benefits such as significantly enhanced patient compliance with treatment, improved quality of life, increased resilience, ameliorated anxiety and depressive states, and improved treatment efficacy and patient satisfaction.

Mental health in children and young people is a global public health concern. With the increasing prevalence of mental illnesses and a significant treatment gap, Mental Health in children and adolescents is now a global public health concern. ⋯ The emergence of AI based alternatives could be a viable solution for reducing mental health treatment gap for people belonging to low and middle income countries. Development of Chatbots like ChatGPT which is trained, using large amount of textual data from the internet, can revolutionize child and adolescent mental healthcare by acting as an effective assisting tool but a lot of caution is required for its safe and responsible use in times to come.e.

To analyze the effects of sodium hyaluronate administration on the serum levels of antioxidase, substance P (SP), and neuropeptide Y (NPY) in patients undergoing locking plate fixation (LPF) for tibial plateau fractures (TPF). ⋯ The treatment of TPF with LPF plus sodium hyaluronate administration has been shown to effectively reduce oxidative stress reactions, improve SP and NPY levels.[PJMS3][4].

To explore the effect of clinical pharmacists participating in nutritional therapy for patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI) complicated with dysphagia. ⋯ Pharmaceutical intervention in nutritional therapy for patients with ACI complicated with dysphagia has positive significance in further improving the nutritional status and nutritional indexes, enhancing the efficacy of drug treatment and reducing the risk of adverse events, and is worthy of promotion.

Stanniocalcin-2 (STC2), a secreted glycoprotein that is involved in the regulation of angiogenesis, was proposed as one of the mechanisms of neovascularization in hemangioma (HA). We aimed to investigate the effect of STC2 on proliferation and angiogenesis in hemangioma-derived endothelial cells. ⋯ Inhibition of STC2 suppresses HemEC proliferation and angiogenesis by VEGFR2/Akt/eNOS pathway, which warrants further development of STC2-based strategies for HA treatment.
