To evaluate the correlation and clinical significance of T lymphocyte subsets, IL-6 and PCT in the severity of patients with sepsis. ⋯ Peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and serum IL-6, PCT are abnormally expressed in patients with sepsis, and have a close bearing on the severity of the disease, which has a certain predictive value for patients after recovery. In view of this, the above indicators are of high clinical significance.

To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive technique applied to internal fixation removal in patients with healed long tubular bone fractures. ⋯ Minimally invasive surgery for the removal of the internal fixation device in patients with healed long tubular bone fractures with internal fixation is associated with significantly improved clinical effect, relieved symptoms, reduced inflammatory response, and improved functional recovery of patients.

To investigate the effect of different treatment methods of the left colic artery (LCA) on postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer. ⋯ Preservation of LCA and no-preservation of LCA in laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer are comparable in terms of therapeutic effect, and the surgery with preservation of LCA is worthy of clinical promotion due to its various benefits such as less impact on gastrointestinal hormone indicators, lower risk of complications, and faster postoperative recovery.

To compare the functional and radiological outcome of combine compression interlocking intramedullary nail (InterTan) and proximal femoral nail anti-rotation II (PFNA-II) in the treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures. ⋯ We found no significant difference in the functional outcome in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures treated with InterTan and PFNA-II. Early fracture healing and reduced complication rate however has been noted with InterTan.
