To investigate the effect of pulmonary rehabilitation therapy combined with conventional drugs on BODE and pulmonary function (PFT) indexes in elderly patients with interstitial pneumonia. ⋯ Combination of pulmonary rehabilitation therapy and conventional drugs can further improve the curative effect of the treatment and help to improve BODE and PFT indexes in patients with senile interstitial pneumonia.

Knowledge of the C-reactive protein trend and deviation from the expected value may give an early indication of a possible postoperative infection. According to previous studies, CRP appears to be a more sensitive and specific marker of postoperative infections than ESR and white cell count. This study was conducted to determine the diagnostic accuracy of C-reactive protein to rule out surgical site infection in patients undergoing hip fracture surgery. ⋯ CRP level at post-operative day three is a sensitive indicator of infection after hip fracture surgery.

To know the long-term therapeutic effects and the pain improvement after percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP) combined with and without back muscle rehabilitation exercises in elderly patients with osteoporotic lumbar compression fractures. ⋯ After elderly patients were treated with PKP combined with back muscle rehabilitation exercise of lumbar and dorsal muscle function, the curative effect was significantly improved, the pain was reduced and the lumbar function was significantly improved.

To investigate the clinicopathological features of patients with uterine myoma and to analyze and summarize factors affecting patient prognosis. ⋯ Many prognostic factors, including age, operation method, myoma type, myoma location, myoma number, and pelvic adhesion severity are linked to uterine myoma patient prognosis.

To investigate the effects of tigecycline combined with Cefoperazone on bacterial clearance and the expression of serum biochemical indexes [C-reactive protein (CRP), leukocyte count (WBC) and procalcitonin (PCT)] in patients with infection in an intensive care unit (ICU). ⋯ The combination of Cefoperazone and tigecycline in the treatment of ICU infection can effectively improve the treatment effect of the disease, have a significant bacterial clearance effect, and can reduce the serum levels of CRP, WBC and PCT.
