To compare the efficacy of Ondansetron versus Domperidone for treating vomiting in acute gastroenteritis (AGE) in children at a resource limited emergency setting of South Punjab, Pakistan. ⋯ In comparison to Domperidone, Ondansetron was found to have better efficacy aiming cessation of AGE associated vomiting among children with mild to moderate dehydration.

Eating disorders, such as anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa are psychiatric and public health issues that are prevalent among medical students, especially females. This study's objective was to examine the epidemiology of eating disorders, specifically their associated risk factors, such as body mass index (BMI), gender, academic year of studies, and socio-demographic factors among medical students at King Abdul-Aziz University, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. ⋯ Eating disorders are common among medical students. The strongest predictors of eating disorders among the study group were female gender in the pre-clinical stage and being overweight or obese. This study highlights an underrated health problem among Saudi medical students. The implementation of eating disorders preventive program during medical schools that target females may be helpful. Further research is needed to address the best preventive and treatment strategies for EDs among medical students.

Radiology emerged as one of the frontline clinical services in the COVID-19 pandemic. This audit study aimed to evaluate the impact of COVID-19 on the radiological services in a tertiary care hospital in terms of workload and case mix. ⋯ COVID-19 and resultant movement restrictions, although they did lead to a reduction in overall radiology work volume, were compensated by an increase in the number of studies performed through emergency and for management of COVID-19 infection.

To investigate the correlations of initial lab and imaging findings in COVID-19 patients of different clinical types. ⋯ The CT features at initial diagnosis of COVID-19 were mainly characterized by multiple GGO with or without partial consolidation in both lungs, with the lesions mainly distributed at the subpleural regions. Some lab test indexes were correlated with the clinical types of COVID-19.

To investigate the clinical efficacy of exposure enhancement technique and femoral condyle pushing technique applying in the posterior horn of the medial meniscus of the knee. ⋯ Exposure enhancement technique and femoral condyle pushing technique in the repair of the posterior horn of the medial meniscus presents satisfactory efficacy. It can improve the pain and activity of the knee, and enhance the stability of residual meniscus. Therefore, it is worth promoting.
