To determine efficacy of diclofenac suppository in reducing post-ERCP pancreatitis (PEP) and identify risk factors for PEP. ⋯ Pre-procedure Diclofenac suppository reduces post-ERCP pancreatitis. Age > 45 years, serum bilirubin > 3 mg/dl, cannulation time > 5 minutes, use of precut, pancreatic duct cannulation and procedure time > 30 minutes are risk factors for post-ERCP pancreatitis.

To compare the microleakage around resin modified glass ionomer cement (RMGIC) based sealants and flowable resin based sealants placed with or without ameloplasty in extracted human teeth. ⋯ Microleakage was found to be more pronounced in RMGIC based sealants compared to the resin based sealants. Ameloplasty resulted in higher leakage around the sealants irrespective of the chemistry of material.

To determine correlation between transient elastography values with serum ferritin and duration of infection in patients of hepatitis C. ⋯ There is significant correlation between serum ferritin and duration of HCV with TE scores.

To determine the morphological variations and location of pterion in Pakistani male population. ⋯ The study provides useful data for position and location of pterion for safe neurosurgical procedures via pterion. Moreover, the knowledge about different morphological types of pterion help the radiologist to differentiate between a fracture line and normal morphological variety.

Myasthenia gravis (MG) is an autoimmune disease. In some patients, Primary Ovarian Insufficiency (POI) is considered to be an autoimmune condition. Their coexistence is rare and suggests autoimmune perturbation. We describe a patient who was determined to have POI at 17 years of age and who developed MG 20 years later.
