This study was planned to evaluate the effects of urinary incontinence (UI) on sexual function (SF) and dyadic adjustment. ⋯ It was determined that the majority of the participating women with UI experienced SD and that those with SD had lower DAS scores.

To assess Quality of Life (QOL), and its associated factors between asthmatic children and their caregivers, and determine the correlation between QOL of patients and caregivers, at King Abdulaziz University Hospital (KAUH), Jeddah. ⋯ Uncontrolled asthma was associated with poor QOL of asthmatic child and caregivers. Better management of asthma is recommended to improve their QOL.

In this study we aimed to investigate the efficacy and safety of dapagliflozin addition to diabetic patients using high dose insulin. ⋯ In diabetic patients with inadequately controlled glucose regulation despite high-dose insulin therapy, dapagliflozin may be an alternative combination choice to decrease the need of insulin dose and obtain an optimal HbA1c, fasting plasma glucose levels and weight without major side effects.

To evaluate the maternal and neonatal 25-hydroxyvitamin D [25(OH)D] levels and the effect of 25(OH)D levels on the development of neonatal sepsis. ⋯ Our findings suggest that there may be an association between vitamin D deficiency and neonatal sepsis.

To investigate the clinical effect of aspirin combined with clopidogrel on acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). ⋯ Aspirin combined with clopidogrel can effectively reduce the occurrence of re-thrombosis after PCI and improve the recovery of cardiac function after acute operation, moreover the safety is high. It has important clinical application values.
