To share our initial experience of patient undergoing anastomotic Urethroplasty and trial without catheter, without post Urethroplasty pericatheter urethrogram. ⋯ We found pericatheter urethrogram is not mandatory as a routine for all tension free anastomotic Urethroplasty before per urethral catheter removal. However, it may have a role in difficult cases with tension anastomoses or re-do procedure. This will avoid risk of infection, radiation exposure and extra cost.

To determine the frequency of Methicillin resistance staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and identification of drug susceptibility for MRSA isolates among health care workers (HCWs) of a tertiary care hospital of South Punjab Pakistan. ⋯ Prevalence of MRSA and MSSA is high among HCWs in Pakistan. Amikacin, vancomycin and clindamycin have high sensitivity for MRSA and can be used for empirical treatment of MRSA in suspected patients.

To determine the effectiveness of Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) in management of neuropathic pain in post-traumatic incomplete spinal cord injury patients. ⋯ TENS is useful and safe adjuvant in spinal cord injury patients for the management of neuropathic pain.

To analyze the clinical values of modified injection of low-molecular-weight heparin in reducing subcutaneous bleeding and pain. ⋯ Modified low-molecular weight heparin injection can effectively reduce the incidence of bleeding and pain, which is beneficial to the compliance and quality of life of elder patients.

To find out frequency of various complications in children admitted with Enteric Fever at a tertiary care hospital. ⋯ Enteric fever is causing our children to suffer by its numerous perplexing and fatal complications. The most vulnerable age for enteric fever and its complication is 5-10 years. To combat these issues large scale vaccination remains promising option at least in most susceptible age group.
