Low back pain is a frequent problem faced by the majority of people at some point in their lifetime. Exercise therapy has been advocated an effective treatment for chronic low back pain. However, there is lack of consensus on the best exercise treatment and numerous studies are underway. Conclusive studies are lacking especially in this part of the world. Thisstudy was designed to compare the effectiveness of specific stabilization exercises with routine physical therapy exerciseprovided in patients with nonspecific chronic mechanical low back pain. ⋯ Core stabilization exercise is more effective than routine physical therapy exercise in terms of greater reduction in pain in patients with non-specific low back pain.

To investigate the expression of Topo IIα and Ki67 and its clinical significance. ⋯ Topo IIα and Ki67 can be regarded as the indicators for reflecting the proliferation activity of tumor cells, and the detection of Topo IIα and Ki67 expression is of great significance to the prognosis evaluation of breast cancer patients and clinical treatment.

To study the effect of Vitamin D supplementation on reduction in level of HbA1 in patients recently diagnosed with diabetes mellitus Type II having asymptomatic Vitamin D deficiency. ⋯ Vitamin D supplementation improved the glycemic control but substantial reduction in HbA1c was statistically insignificant in both groups.

Rapid virological&End treatment response of patients treated with Sofosbuvir in Chronic Hepatitis C.
To determineRapid & End treatment response of patients treated with Sofosbuvir in Chronic Hepatitis C at tertiary care hospital. ⋯ Sofosbuvir has shown to be very effective andsuccessfulwith achievement of virological response with little or no resistance in all genotypes mainly genotype 3 treated in our study population. The promising results of our study will aid in better outcomes and therefore help in eradication of the virus.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the safety and efficacy of transepithelial corneal collagen cross linking (TE-CXL) with modified riboflavin and accelerated UVA irradiance in thin corneas with pachymetry less than 400 microns at thinnest point, untreatable by epithelium off corneal collagen cross linking (CXL) in adult Pakistani population with progressive keratoconus. ⋯ Transepithelial accelerated CXL with modified riboflavin is a safe and effective procedure which halt disease progression in thin corneas with progressive keratoconus.
