Determination of axillary lymph-node status plays a pivotal role in decision making for breast cancer treatment. Biopsy is the current standard of care but hold risks of complications as well. We aimed to find out the correlation of sonographic features of lymph node and histo-pathological findings, to predict axillary lymph-node metastasis in breast cancer patients. ⋯ Ultrasound was found to be highly sensitive but not specific in predicting metastatic lymph nodes in patients with breast cancer.

To investigate the screening efficacy of six thrombotic markers for hypercoagulable state (HCS) in pregnant women, including thrombin-antithrombin III complex (TAT), plasmin-alpha-2 plasmin inhibitor complex (PIC), thrombomodulin (TM), tissue-type plasminogen activator inhibitor complex(t-PAI-C), D-dimer(D-D), and fibrinogen degradation products (FDP). ⋯ TAT, PIC, TM, t-PAI-C, D-D, and FDP can used for the screening of HCS in pregnant women and have a certain predictive value for high-risk pregnant women.

This study examined the potential link between maternal pre-pregnancy body mass index (PPBMI) with neonatal outcomes in twin pregnancies. ⋯ Low PPBMI increases the risk of delivering LBW twins, independent of other factors. Our findings emphasize the importance of pre-pregnancy nutritional status in optimizing neonatal outcomes in twin deliveries.

Wrist ganglion cysts typically do not show noticeable symptoms but can affect aesthetics and even compress adjacent blood vessels and nerves. Compression therapy can eliminate cysts. ⋯ This study examined a rare case of a wrist ganglion cyst that, after repeated compression and recurrence, enveloped the radial artery. This not only caused wrist swelling and pain but also increased the difficulty and risk of surgical treatment.

To probe the influence of early rehabilitation nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with hallux valgus on the basis of information-motivation-behavior skills (IMB) model. ⋯ To sum up, Early rehabilitation nursing based on IMB model could promote the postoperative recovery of limb function after hallux valgus, reduce bad emotions, decrease the occurrence of complications, promote self-efficacy, and promote the quality of life of patients, which is valuable for promotion.
