Finalization and Validation of Questionnaire and Algorithm of SPUR, a New Adherence Profiling Tool.
The SPUR (Social, Psychological, Usage and Rational) Adherence Profiling Tool is a recently developed adaptive instrument for assessing key patient-level drivers for non-adherence. This study describes the SPUR questionnaire's finalization and psychometric evaluation. ⋯ SPUR is a valid tool to evaluate the risk of non-adherence of patients, allowing effective intervention by providing insights into the respective individual reasons for lack of adherence.

Basic Determinants of Disease Knowledge in COPD Patients: Results from COSYCONET.
In many chronic diseases, including COPD, the patients' basic knowledge of the disorder has been shown to be relevant for the course of the disease. We studied which clinical and functional characteristics were related to this knowledge as well as the patients' satisfaction with their knowledge about COPD. ⋯ The results suggest room for education programs adapted to the educational level of the participants. They also emphasize the major role of a disease management plan for the patients.

Immediate Postnatal Care Satisfaction and Associated Factors Among Postnatal Women in Public Health Facilities at Debre Markos Town, Northwest Ethiopia, 2021.
Immediate postnatal care (PNC) satisfaction is considered as the desired outcome of the health care system and determines the use of subsequent health care services. There is a paucity of evidence on the level of immediate PNC satisfaction in the study setting. Therefore, the aim of this study was to assess the level of immediate PNC satisfaction and associated factors among women who gave birth in Debre Markos town public health institutions, northwest Ethiopia. ⋯ Women's satisfaction with immediate PNC was higher than the national achievements of targets for the client satisfaction. Therefore, health-care providers should encourage frequent ANC visits, friendly care, and companionship to increase the level of immediate PNC satisfaction.

Predictors of Vaccine Acceptance, Confidence, and Hesitancy in General, and COVID-19 Vaccination Refusal in the Province of Quebec, Canada.
A surge of COVID-19 variants is a major concern, and literatures that support developing an optimum level of herd immunity are meaningful. This study aimed to examine the factors associated with vaccine acceptance, confidence, and hesitancy in general, and COVID-19 vaccination refusal in the general population of Quebec, Canada. ⋯ Over three quarters of the participants indicated positive attitudes toward vaccination. Some socio-demographic and health-related quality of life factors were associated with the outcome variables, and these should be sought while designing interventions to improve COVID-19 vaccination rates.

Self-Care Practice and Its Associated Factors Among Podoconiosis Patients in East Gojjam Zone, North West Ethiopia.
Podoconiosis is endemic non-filarial elephantiasis of the lower legs swelling caused by barefoot exposure to red clay soil. The burden of disability occurs among the poorest populations. Self-care practice is the most cost-effective prevention strategy practiced at home to improve lymphedema, working functionality, and quality of life. Despite this, there is a scarce of knowledge about self-care practices and associated factors among podoconiosis patients in Ethiopia. ⋯ In this study, the self-care practice of podoconiosis patients was not well practiced. Socio-demographic factors are identified as associated factors for self-care practice. Strengthening health education and behavioral changes are required to improve self-care practice.
