Public Perceptions About Home Delivery of Medication Service and Factors Associated with the Utilization of This Service.
Home medication delivery service is a major service for the public. It reduces overcrowding and unnecessary visits to health centers. This study aims to investigate the public perception of home delivery of medication service in Jordan and evaluate factors affecting the use of this service. ⋯ This study has shown that most participants showed positive perceptions toward the home delivery of medication services. However, participants believed that this service may decrease pharmacist's patient contact time, thus affecting the quality of medication counseling. More comprehensive future studies are necessary to examine the financial aspects of such a service and its associated drawbacks.

Finalization and Validation of Questionnaire and Algorithm of SPUR, a New Adherence Profiling Tool.
The SPUR (Social, Psychological, Usage and Rational) Adherence Profiling Tool is a recently developed adaptive instrument for assessing key patient-level drivers for non-adherence. This study describes the SPUR questionnaire's finalization and psychometric evaluation. ⋯ SPUR is a valid tool to evaluate the risk of non-adherence of patients, allowing effective intervention by providing insights into the respective individual reasons for lack of adherence.

Perceptions of Family Caregivers of Patients with Schizophrenia Towards Antipsychotics Associated Side-Effects in China:A Qualitative Study.
To explore perceptions of antipsychotics associated side-effects among family caregivers of patients with schizophrenia. ⋯ The side effects of antipsychotics not only damage the health of patients, but also increase the burden and stress of caregivers. However, caregivers have different attitudes and coping styles about the side effects of antipsychotics. Health professionals should be aware of the influence of individual background and cultural factors on caregivers' attitudes towards drug side effects. Furthermore, health professionals should also provide caregivers with knowledge about drug side effects, coping skills, and appropriate management strategies to promote health outcomes for people with schizophrenia.

Basic Determinants of Disease Knowledge in COPD Patients: Results from COSYCONET.
In many chronic diseases, including COPD, the patients' basic knowledge of the disorder has been shown to be relevant for the course of the disease. We studied which clinical and functional characteristics were related to this knowledge as well as the patients' satisfaction with their knowledge about COPD. ⋯ The results suggest room for education programs adapted to the educational level of the participants. They also emphasize the major role of a disease management plan for the patients.

Oral Health Behaviors and Oral Health-Related Quality of Life Among Dental Patients in China: A Cross-Sectional Study.
Oral health plays an important role in overall health. But little is known about the problems with oral health behaviors and oral health-related quality of life (OHRQoL) among dental patients in China. This study aimed to investigate oral health behaviors and OHRQoL, as well as to examine the effects of oral health behaviors and associated factors on OHRQoL among dental patients. ⋯ In general, dental patients' oral health needs to be improved, the majority of patients reported practicing poor oral health behaviors, among which the retired population and hose with poor self-rated oral health showed poor OHRQoL. OHRQoL in dental patients is a complex issue associated with social and behavioral factors.
