The aim of this study is to evaluate the performance of contrast-enhanced mammography (CEM) and dynamic breast MRI techniques for diagnosing breast lesions, assess the diagnostic accuracy of CEM's using histopathological findings, and compare lesion size measurements obtained from both methods with pathological size. ⋯ CEM can be used with high sensitivity and similar diagnostic performance comparable to MRI for diagnosing breast cancer. CEM proves to be a successful diagnostic method for precisely determining tumor size.

Comparison of autologous venous grafts and three types of extracellular matrix grafts in Peyronie's disease surgery.
Peyronie's disease (PD) is known as a wound-healing disorder for which surgery remains the gold-standard treatment, but studies comparing graft materials are limited in the literature. The aim of this study was to evaluate the mid- and long-term results of patients who underwent surgery for PD with grafting procedures performed by a single experienced surgeon according to graft materials. ⋯ The findings suggest that EMGs should be preferred to autologous venous grafts due to reduced postoperative erectile dysfunction, shorter operation time, and shorter recovery time for LOS.

The Canadian Occupational Performance Measure (COPM) is a person-centered assessment tool frequently used to identify occupational problems in older individuals and establish goals for geriatric rehabilitation. This study aims to assess the validity and reliability of the Turkish version of COPM (COPM-TR) in older people. ⋯ COPM-TR is a valid and reliable tool that can be used to assess occupational performance in older people.

Preterm infants often continue to have feeding difficulties after hospital discharge. Parental use of assessment tools and collaboration with health professionals are important for the early diagnosis of postdischarge feeding difficulties. This methodological study examined the validity and reliability of the Turkish version of the Neonatal Eating Assessment Tool (NeoEAT)-Bottle-feeding in postdischarge preterm infants in Türkiye. ⋯ The Turkish NeoEAT-Bottle-feeding was shown to be a reliable and valid parent-reported assessment tool for oral feeding skills and difficulties after neonatal intensive care unit discharge in bottle-fed preterm infants younger than 7 months of corrected age. Healthcare professionals can use this assessment tool during the initial evaluation of risk factors contributing to problematic feeding and to determine the effectiveness of planned interventions in preterm infants.

Rehabilitation therapy versus drug-only therapy in patients with multiple sclerosis.
The treatment for multiple sclerosis (MS) does not cure the disease, but it is intended to reduce the intensity, duration, and frequency of symptoms. Rehabilitation therapy (RT), including an individualized physical therapy program (PTP) and adapted occupational therapy (OT), has benefits in terms of aerobic capacity, muscle strength, coordination, and ability to perform activities of daily living (ADL). The primary objective of this study was to examine the efficacy of RT comprising PTP, OT, and drug treatment (DT) versus DT alone in patients with MS. Another objective was to highlight the importance of continuing the PT and OT at home, in the long term, practically for their entire life. ⋯ The current study proves the importance of combining DT with RT in MS therapy with clear benefits in regaining muscle strength in the lower limbs, thus improving coordination and balance while walking and improving dexterity in the dominant hand.
