Human papillomavirus (HPV) virus-like particle (VLP) vaccines have demonstrated effectiveness in preventing persistent HPV infections. Whether protection lasts longer than 18 months and, thus, impacts rates of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) 2-3 has not yet been established. Comparative StudyPlasma lipid profiles of women with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy.
Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy is associated with dyslipidemia, but the gestational lipid profile in relation to clinical diagnosis of the disease is unknown. The aim of this study was to undertake a detailed analysis of plasma lipids in women presenting with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy and pruritus gravidarum. ⋯ II-2.
