Sexuality is a fundamental part of the life of the individual and the couple particularly sensitive to the crisis that is infertility. The objective of this review is to describe sexual disorders that may be involved in infertility as well as sexual dysfunctions that can appear during medically assisted reproduction. ⋯ In the treatment for infertility it is important to systematically open discussion on issues of sexuality, and to evaluate the significance and severity of sexual dysfunction. Finally, in some cases it is necessary to help patients rebuild their sexuality as a source of pleasure to the end of the period of assisted reproduction.

Priapism is a rare condition for which urgent diagnosis and treatment is required. This paper reviews the literature regarding ischaemic, non-ischaemic and stuttering priapism in order to provide management recommendations. ⋯ Priapism is a potentially severe condition that requires urgent diagnosis and well-defined sequential management to prevent treatment delay, complications and irreversible erectile dysfunction.

To assess the workload of an on-call urology resident at a French University Hospital. ⋯ The urology resident when on-call is mainly asked for an advice by the ED. Among urology-related advice, bladder catheterization problems were the most frequent. RC was the second call motive but most of the time was not an actual emergency.

Some patients have atypical perineal neuropathic pain that differs from a pudendal neuralgia. The purpose of this study was to define a new clinical entity of such pain and to evaluate the therapeutic benefit of corticosteroid infiltration. ⋯ The current series described the population characteristics of cluneal inferior neuralgia by ischial conflict.
