[Repairing postoperative soft tissue defects of tibia and ankle open fractures with muscle flap pedicled with medial half of soleus].
To investigate the therapeutic effect of repairing postoperative soft tissue defects of tibia and ankle open fractures with muscle flap pedicled with medial half of soleus. ⋯ Muscle flap pedicled with medial half of soleus transposition is easy to be operated with a big rotating arc, can fill the narrow cavity and repair the soft tissue defect simultaneously, and provide flat and non-bloated postoperative incision with minor donor-site injury. It is one of the effective methods of repairing the postoperative soft tissue defect after internal fixation of tibia and ankle open fractures.

[Combination of intensified anti-tuberculosis with operation for treatment of thoracolumbar tuberculosis].
To evaluate the clinical significance of the combination of intensified anti-tuberculosis treatment, posterior transpedicular screw system internal fixation, intertransverse bone grafting, and anterior approach focus debridement for the treatment of thoracolumbar tuberculosis. ⋯ It seems that the systemic drug treatment of anti-tuberculosis before and after operation, the thorough debridement of focus during operation, and the effective and reliable way to reconstruct for the spinal stability are the key points for the treatment of spinal tuberculosis.

[Effect of insulin on burn wound healing in aging diabetes mellitus rats].
To investigate the effect of topical application of insulin on the burn wound healing in aging diabetes mellitus (DM) rats and to explore its mechanism. ⋯ Topical application of insulin can promote the synthesis of wound collagen, accelerate the wound angiogenesis, and speed up the wound healing in aging DM rats.
