[Application of wire reduction technique guided by minimally invasive wire introducer in treatment of difficult-reducing intertrochanteric fractures].
To investigate the application effect of wire reduction technique guided by minimally invasive wire introducer in the treatment of difficult-reducing intertrochanteric fractures. ⋯ For the difficult-reducing intertrochanteric fractures, minimally invasive wire introducer is used to insert steel wire into the incision of head and neck nail for assisted reduction, which can achieve satisfactory reduction results and improve the effectiveness of intertrochanteric fracture.

To review and summarize the multimodal analgesia regimen in total hip arthroplasty (THA), and to provide basis for individual analgesia in clinic. ⋯ Multimodal analgesia regimen is the perioperative pain management of THA, which includes many analgesic methods. The safe and effective analgesic methods should be chosen according to the specific conditions of patients in order to achieve individualized analgesia.

[Total hip arthroplasty with Wagner Cone stem and subtrochanteric shortening osteotomy in treatment of Crowe Ⅳ developmental dysplasia of hip in adults].
To investigate the short-term effectiveness of total hip arthroplasty with Wagner Cone stem combined with subtrochanteric shortening osteotomy for adult patients with Crowe Ⅳ developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH). ⋯ Total hip arthroplasty with Wagner Cone stem and subtrochanteric shortening osteotomy can obviously improve the hip joint function and restore the length of lower limb. The short-term effectiveness is satisfactory, but the long-term effectiveness and survival rate of prosthesis need to be further observed.

[Fabrication of poly (lactic-co-glycolic acid)/decellularized articular cartilage extracellular matrix scaffold by three-dimensional printing technology and investigating its physicochemical properties].
To manufacture a poly (lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) scaffold by low temperature deposition three-dimensional (3D) printing technology, prepare a PLGA/decellularized articular cartilage extracellular matrix (DACECM) cartilage tissue engineered scaffold by combining DACECM, and further investigate its physicochemical properties. ⋯ The PLGA/DACECM oriented scaffolds have no cytotoxicity, have excellent physicochemical properties, and may become a promising scaffold material of tissue engineered cartilage.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Efficacy and safety of a loading high-dose tranexamic acid followed by postoperative five doses in total hip arthroplasty: A randomized controlled trial].
To evaluate the efficacy and safety of a loading high-dose tranexamic acid (TXA) followed by postoperative 5 doses in total hip arthroplasty (THA) by a randomized controlled trial. ⋯ A loading high-dose TXA followed by postoperative 5 doses can further reduce the blood loss, provide additional fibrinolysis and inflammation control in THA, without increasing the risk of embolic events.
