[Treatment of reverse oblique fractures of intertrochanteric region of femur with proximal femoral nail antirotation].
To investigate the operative method and to evaluate the clinical outcome of proximal femoral nail antirotation (PFNA) in treating reverse oblique fractures of intertrochanteric region of the femur. ⋯ PFNA is an effective treatment method for reverse oblique fractures of intertrochanteric region of the femur, with a high rate of bone union, minor soft tissue damage, early functional exercise and acceptable complication related to implant.

To assess the factors that affect the outcome of distal femoral fractures treated by retrograde intramedullary nailing. ⋯ Retrograde nailing may be a useful option for distal femoral fractures, but attention should be paid to comminuted fractures or fractures close to the knee joint.

Comparative Study[Therapeutic effect comparison of repairing digit degloving injury with two kinds of double island flap].
To compare the double dorsal phalangeal flap (DDPF) with the combination of digital neurovascular island flap (NVIF) and first dorsal metacarpal artery flap (FDMA) in terms of repairing digit degloving injury. ⋯ DDPF is less invasive to donor finger, easy to be operated, able to partially restore the sensory of the injured finger, and suitable for the repair of the degloving injury of the thumb and the index finger. Combination of NVIF and FDMA can restore the fine sensory of recipient palmar flap better and is applicable for those patients suffering from digital nerve defects from the proximal phalanx and with high demand for the recovery of thumb sensory.

To investigate the surgical method and clinical efficacy of repairing whole-hand destructive injury or hand degloving injury with the transplant of pedis compound free flap. ⋯ For the whole-hand destructive injury or hand degloving injury, the method of transplanting pedis compound free flap can repair the defect in the hand and reconstruct the function of the injured hand partially. It is an effective treatment method.
