[Ilizarov external fixation without bone graft for atrophic femoral shaft nonunion].
To explore the effectiveness of Ilizarov external fixation without bone graft in the treatment of atrophic femoral shaft nonunion. ⋯ Ilizarov external fixation has a high healing rate for atrophic femoral shaft nonunion, which is relatively minimally invasive and can avoid bone grafting. Its preliminary effectiveness is exact, and it is also effective for patients who have experienced multiple failed operations. It is necessary to pay attention to the nursing and rehabilitation training after external fixation.

[Arthroscopic medial patellofemoral ligament reconstruction combined with tibial tuberosity transfer for recurrent patellar dislocation].
To investigate the effectiveness of arthroscopic medial patellofemoral ligament (MPFL) reconstruction combined with tibial tuberosity transfer for recurrent patellar dislocation. ⋯ Arthroscopic MPFL reconstruction combined with tibial tuberosity transfer for recurrent patellar dislocation can effectively improve the patellofemoral joint matching relationship and has a satisfactory short- and medium-term effectiveness.

[Comparative study of microendoscope-assisted and conventional minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion for degenerative lumbar diseases].
To analyze the medium and long-term effectiveness of microendoscope-assisted minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (MIS-TLIF) for lumbar degenerative diseases in comparison with conventional tubular retractor-assisted MIS-TLIF. ⋯ The medium and long-term effectiveness of microendoscope-assisted MIS-TLIF are similar to those of conventional tubular retractor-assisted MIS-TLIF for lumbar degenerative diseases. The former operation has the additional advantages in terms of more clear surgical site visually, less intraoperative blood loss, and reduced postoperative analgesic dose, all of which seem more feasible to clinical teaching.

[Effect of pre-existing adjacent segment degeneration on short-term effectiveness after lumbar fusion surgery].
To analyze the prospective effect of pre-existing spinal stenosis of adjacent segment on the short-term effectiveness after lumbar fusion surgery. ⋯ Pre-existing mild spinal stenosis in adjacent segment can significantly affect the effectiveness, and can significantly increase the risk of ASD early after operation. The main pathological type of ASD was the severity of adjacent segment spinal stenosis. For preoperative assessment of pre-existing degeneration, we should evaluate the overall degeneration of the adjacent segment of the spinal canal, rather than simply evaluating the degeneration of the adjacent disc and facet joints.
