[Contrastive analysis of neck axial symptoms after Bryan cervical disc arthroplasty or traditional anterior cervical discectomy and fusion].
To explore the neck axial symptom (AS) after Bryan cervical disc arthroplasty traditional anterior cervical discectomy and fusion, and to make contrastive analysis. ⋯ Compared with traditional anterior cervical discectomy and fusion, the use of Byran disc arthroplasty for cervical syndrome is associated with good outcomes. At the same time, it can maintain the cervical motion and curvature of operated segments, avoid the decrease of total ROM and lower the incidence of the postoperative neck AS.

[Correction of maltracking of patellofemoral joints in total knee arthroplasty].
To summarize the strategies and treatment methods in correcting the maltracking of patellofemoral joints in the total knee arthroplasty (TKA). ⋯ In correcting the maltracking of patellofemoral joints in TKA, releasing lateral retinaculum and tightening medial retinaculum of patellar, adjusting the position of the tibial prothesis properly, shifting the lateral 1/2 insertion inward to the medial side of patellar tendon and reconstructing the patellar tendon insertion were efficient methods, without any adverse effect on the early rehabilitation training of knee joins.

[Short-term efficacy of multiple nerves branch transfer for treating superior trunk brachial plexus in jury].
To recover the loss of the shoulder and elbow function after superior trunks injury of brachial plexus through multiple nerves branch transfer simultaneously near the nerve entering points of recipient nerves. ⋯ Adopting donor nerves with similar functions to conduct the multiple donor nerves transfer in cord level has the advantages of little functional loss at the donor sites, and fast and sound functional recovery at the recipient sites. It is especially suitable for the superior trunks injury patient with delayed treatment and for the patient with the great risk in supraclavicular exploration, providing a new approach for treating superior trunks injury of brachial plexus.
