To evaluate the effect of 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) applied topically on preventing adhesion and promoting functional recovery after tendon repair. ⋯ 5-FU applied topically can reduce tendon adhesions after the ruptured tendon repair.

To explore the way and therapeutic effect of one stage total hip replacement (THR) in treating ischemic necrosis of femoral head combined with intertrochanteric fracture. ⋯ One stage THR for treating ischemic necrosis of femoral head combined with intertrochanteric fracture can avoid secondary operation. It could resume the ideal function of the hip joint.

[Application of auto-control micro-motion intramedullary locking nail in the treatment of femoral shaft fractures].
The auto-control micro-motion intramedullary locking nail (AMLN) is designed, to reduce the incidence of delayed union and non-union of femoral shaft fractures fixed by interlocking intramedullary nails, and to observe the clinical effect of self-design AMLN in the treatment of femoral shaft fractures. ⋯ With a suitable design, AMLN is easy to perform and helpful to quicken fracture union, and it is effective to treat femoral shaft fractures.
