[Comparative study of microendoscope-assisted and conventional minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion for degenerative lumbar diseases].
To analyze the medium and long-term effectiveness of microendoscope-assisted minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (MIS-TLIF) for lumbar degenerative diseases in comparison with conventional tubular retractor-assisted MIS-TLIF. ⋯ The medium and long-term effectiveness of microendoscope-assisted MIS-TLIF are similar to those of conventional tubular retractor-assisted MIS-TLIF for lumbar degenerative diseases. The former operation has the additional advantages in terms of more clear surgical site visually, less intraoperative blood loss, and reduced postoperative analgesic dose, all of which seem more feasible to clinical teaching.

[Effect of pre-existing adjacent segment degeneration on short-term effectiveness after lumbar fusion surgery].
To analyze the prospective effect of pre-existing spinal stenosis of adjacent segment on the short-term effectiveness after lumbar fusion surgery. ⋯ Pre-existing mild spinal stenosis in adjacent segment can significantly affect the effectiveness, and can significantly increase the risk of ASD early after operation. The main pathological type of ASD was the severity of adjacent segment spinal stenosis. For preoperative assessment of pre-existing degeneration, we should evaluate the overall degeneration of the adjacent segment of the spinal canal, rather than simply evaluating the degeneration of the adjacent disc and facet joints.

Observational Study[Percutaneous endoscopic transforaminal unilateral decompression for treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis and observational study of non-surgical lower extremity symptoms].
To summarize the efficacy of percutaneous endoscopic transforaminal unilateral decompression for the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis, and to investigate the incidence and possible reasons for lower extremity symptoms of non-surgical side after surgery. ⋯ Percutaneous endoscopic transforaminal unilateral decompression for lumbar spinal stenosis would be able to relieve pain effectively and achieve good results. Lower extremity symptoms of non-surgical side may be observed postoperatively. Although the symptoms can be relieved by conservative treatment, further investigation should be carried out for the long-term result of those cases.

When choosing a surgical procedure, the patient's specific injury and age, exercise level, and other relating factors should be comprehensively assessed in order to achieve the best results.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Effectiveness of proximal femoral nail antirotation assisted by mesh locator for intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly].
To explore the effectiveness of proximal femoral nail antirotation (PFNA) assisted by mesh locator in treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly. ⋯ It is feasible to implant PFNA assisted by mesh locator in treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly. Compared with the traditional operation, it can shorten the operation time, shorten the incision, and relieve the pain after operation.
