[Effectiveness of percutaneous injection of autologous concentrated bone marrow aspirate combined with platelet-rich plasma in treatment of delayed fracture healing].
To analyze the effectiveness of percutaneous injection of autologous concentrated bone marrow aspirate (cBMA) combined with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) in the treatment of delayed fracture healing. ⋯ Autogenous cBMA combined with PRP percutaneous injection can provide high concentration of BMSCs and growth factors, and can improve the fracture healing rate and shorten the fracture healing time better than autogenous bone marrow blood injection.

[Effectiveness of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation combined with minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis versus Intertan intramedullary nail fixation in treatment of intertrochanteric fracture with incomplete lateral wall].
To compare the effectiveness of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation (PFNA) combined with minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis (MIPPO) and Intertan intramedullary nail fixation by closed reduction in the treatment of AO/Orthopaedic Trauma Association (AO/OTA) type 31-A3.3 intertrochanteric fracture with incomplete lateral wall. ⋯ For the AO/OTA type 31-A3.3 intertrochanteric fracture with incomplete lateral wall, compared with the closed reduction Intertan intramedullary nail fixation, the incidence of internal fixation failure after MIPPO reconstruction with lateral wall combined with PFNA fixation was lower, the time to weight-bearing was earlier, and the postoperative function was better.

[Effectiveness comparison of LARS artificial ligament and autogenous hamstring tendon in one-stage reconstruction of anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments].
To compare the effectiveness of arthroscopic one-stage reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) with LARS artificial ligament and autogenous hamstring tendon, respectively. ⋯ The effectiveness of arthroscopic one-stage reconstruction of ACL and PCL with LARS artificial ligament or autogenous hamstring tendon was similar. The knee function and stability recover well. But the patients with LARS artificial ligament reconstruction can resume daily activities and return to exercise earlier.

[Ilizarov metatarsal bone lengthening in treatment of diabetic foot ulcer complicated with chronic osteomyelitis of metatarsal head].
To explore the effectiveness of the first-stage debridement and Ilizarov metatarsal bone lengthening in treatment of diabetic foot ulcer complicated with chronic osteomyelitis of metatarsal head. ⋯ The metatarsal bone lengthening under Ilizarov law of tension-stress after debridement can promote diabetic foot ulcers healing and reconstructing the length of metatarsal to retain the function of metatarsal load and avoid amputation. This is an effective method for the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer complicated with chronic osteomyelitis of metatarsal head.
