Randomized Controlled Trial[Determination of tibial bone resection thickness by lateral tibiofemoral joint 90° flexional gap in total knee arthroplasty for varus osteoarthritic knees].
To investigate the efficiency of total knee arthroplasty (TKA) for varus osteoarthritic knees with tibial bone resection determined by lateral tibiofemoral joint 90° flexional gap measurement. ⋯ It was an effective method to determine bone resection thickness using lateral tibiofemoral joint 90° flexional gap measurement in TKA for varus osteoarthritic knees, which can reduce the bone resection thickness of the tibial plateau and distal femoral lateral condyle and restore the joint line and PCO with better early recovery of the knee function.

To evaluate the effect of bone cement filling on articular cartilage injury after curettage of giant cell tumor around the knee. ⋯ Curettage of giant cell tumor around the knee followed by bone cement filling can increase the damage of cartilage, and subchondral bone graft can delay or reduce cartilage injury.

To investigate the clinical characteristics of Eyres type V coracoid fracture combined with superior shoulder suspensory complex (SSSC) injuries, and the effectiveness of open reduction and fixation. ⋯ Eyres type V coracoid fracture associated with SSSC injuries usually results in the instability of the shoulder. With individual surgical treatment, the satisfactory function and good effectiveness can be obtained.

[Correlation analysis of cement leakage with volume ratio of intravertebral bone cement to vertebral body and vertebral body wall incompetence in percutaneous vertebroplasty for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures].
To investigate the risk factors of cement leakage in percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) for osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture (OVCF). ⋯ The volume ratio of intravertebral bone cement to vertebral body and vertebral body wall incompetence are risk factors of cement leakage in PVP for OVCF. Cement leakage is easy to occur in operative level with vertebral body wall incompetence and high volume ratio of intravertebral bone cement to vertebral body.

[Proteomics study on effect of basic fibroblast growth factor long circulation liposome on spinal cord traction injury in rats].
To explore the possible active mechanism of the basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) long circulation liposome (LCL) (bFGF + LCL) on spinal cord traction injury in rats at the level of proteomics. ⋯ The differentially expressed proteins are found in spinal cord traction injury of rats treated with bFGF + LCL. bFGF + LCL can affect the proteins expression in rats with spinal cord traction injury. The possible active mechanism is that it has protective and repair effects on injured spinal cord by nerve signal transduction, and regulation of nerve cells apoptosis and metabolism.
