[Synchronous primary cancers of the endometrium and ovary: review of 43 cases].
To investigate the clinical and pathological characteristics, treatment methods, and prognosis of synchronous primary cancers of the endometrium and ovary. ⋯ Synchronous primary cancers of the endometrium and ovary are different from either primary endometrial carcinoma or ovarian cancer, while it can usually be detected in early stage and with a good prognosis. The impact of the CA125 level on prognosis needs to be further studied. Surgical treatment alone may be enough for early stage patients. Chemotherapy plus radiotherapy may be necessary for advanced stage patients.

[Evaluation of whole body MRI and diffusion-weighted MRI in detecting intranodal lesions in patients with lymphoma].
To evaluate the whole body MRI and diffusion-weighted MRI in detecting intranodal lesions in patients with lymphoma. ⋯ Both whole body MRI and diffusion-weighted MRI have a relative high sensitivity in detecting intranodal lesions for patients with lymphoma, showing a certain value in clinical application.

[Relationship of dose-volume histogram parameters and computed tomography grading of radiation-induced lung injury in patients with non-small cell lung cancer treated by three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy].
To explore the relationship of dose-volume histogram (DVH) parameters and computed tomography grading of radiation-induced lung injury in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) treated by three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3D-CRT). ⋯ DVH parameters such NTCP, MLD, V(20), V(30), and V(40) are statistically correlated closely with CT grading of radiation-induced lung injury after radiotherapy for the patients with NSCLC treated by 3D-CRT. Therefore the parameters can be selected as the reference for evaluation after 3D-CRT for patients with NSCLC.

Comparative Study[Combined-modality therapy for 150 cases of early-stage Hodgkin's lymphoma].
To compare the efficacy of chemotherapy alone, radiotherapy alone and combined-modality therapy in the treatment for early-stage Hodgkin's lymphoma (HL). ⋯ Combined-modality therapy is more effective than chemotherapy alone or radiotherapy alone in the treatment for early stage Hodgkin's lymphoma. Though its acute adverse effects are more severe than that of chemotherapy or radiotherapy alone, it may reduce the risk of treatment failure.

[Effect of nanosize delivery system for ASODN against hTERT on the expression of telomerase in the esophageal cancer EC9706 cells].
To investigate the inhibitory effect of nanoparticle-mediated antisense oligodeoxynucleotide (ASODN) of human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT) on telomerase in the esophageal cancer EC9706 cells. ⋯ The NGR/L-PEI/ASODN nanoparticles can effectively reach into the human esophageal cancer xenograft and inhibit the tumor growth in nude mice, and this may provide a theoretical and experimental basis for gene therapy for human esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
