[Interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-alpha levels of endothelial cells in different hypoxia modes: in vitro experiment].
To investigate the damage of different patterns of intermittent hypoxia (IH) and continuous hypoxia (CH) on endothelial cells. ⋯ IH and CH significantly damage the endothelial cells dose-dependently, especially combined with hypercapnia. In IH/ROX, the inflammatory damage comes from ROX phase but not IH phase. Hypoxia duration and hypoxia frequency are also important parameters in the activation of inflammation.

Clinical Trial[Effect of intestinal electrical stimulation on small bowel transit: experiment with healthy volunteers].
To investigate the effect of intestinal electrical stimulation (IES) on small bowel transit. ⋯ IES is capable of accelerating small bowel transit with no effect on dyspeptic symptoms, which suggests that IES may be a potential therapeutic method on intestinal motility disorders.

To explore the clinical application of the transplantation of the Meek autograft. ⋯ Meek autograft is suitable for all of the full-thickness wound except bone-exposure wound, including the wound of major burns. This technique uses less skin to repair the wound and the time for epithelization is shorter than that of the traditional methods. The staff and time needed for the operation are less. The outcome is good and the healed wound is fine-looking.

[Autologous mononuclear bone marrow cell transplantation by intracoronary route for patients with ischemic heart disease: observation of 2-years follow-up].
To investigate the long-term effect and safety of intracoronary autologous bone marrow mononuclear cell (BMMC) transplantation in patients with ischemic heart disease (IHD). ⋯ Autologous BMMC intracoronary transplantation is safe and effective, especially in patients with CIHF.

[Folate-poly-L-lysine-Gd-DTPA as MR contrast agent for tumor imaging via folate receptor-targeted delivery].
To study folate-conjugated Gd-DTPA-Poly-L-Lysine (folate-PL-Gd-DTPA) as MR targeting agent to tumor cells via folate receptor, to evaluate feasibility and effectiveness by observing MR signal variations and imaging feature of pulmonary tumor xenografts in nude mice using this contrast material. ⋯ Folate-PL-Gd-DTPA could be combined to tumor cells appetencially via folate receptor and significantly targeted to tumor cells with rich folate receptors for MR imaging.
