Review[A pin-point pattern of rapid occurrence on the skin of adolescents].
In some instances, a dermatosis exhibits a rapid and focal surge of seemingly similar tiny lesions. We report a few typical exemples occurring in adolescents.

Post-dural puncture headache (PDPH) is a common iatrogenic and incapacitating complication. Dural puncture can be intentional (spinal block, myelography,...) or accidental (epidural block). ⋯ Many options have been proposed, but only the epidural blood patch has apparent benefits. A few measures have been suggested to prevent PDPH after unintentional dural puncture, but none has been shown to work with certainty.

[The "choking game" and asphyxial games: epidemiological and clinical data].
Asphyxial games have been played by children and adolescents for generations. What seems to be more recent is an increase in mortality linked to the increasing use of ligatures and "playing" the game alone, as reported by the media. This article summarizes the current epidemiological and clinical data on the subject.

There is no standard of care for breast cancer treatment in the elderly patient. Given the heterogeneity of this population, the treatment of both localized and metastatic disease, requires to take into account not only the characteristics of this cancer but also factors related to the patient such as co-morbidities, life expectancy and the social environment.

We report a rare case of single cervical metastasis of breast cancer. Bone metastases are the most frequent in breast cancer. ⋯ Imaging plays a great role in the diagnosis, particularly scintigraphy and radiography, but sometimes also CT and MRI. The treatment is currently not standardized and it combines hormone therapy, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and/or surgery.
