[Rapid implementation of tele-dermatology during COVID-19 pandemic in an academic dermatology department].
The day after COVID-19 quarantine started, we initiated patient care through Tele-dermatology. ⋯ In this prospective study of Tele-dermatology lasting five weeks, a preliminary diagnosis could be made in approximately 95% of cases and in the first five weeks of implementation, a volume of consultations equivalent to 17% of those made in the pre-pandemic period was carried out. Therefore, Tele-dermatology can be implemented quickly and successfully in practices when healthcare access is limited.

[Developing a strategy to strengthen the intercultural competency in the undergraduate nursing curriculum].
In a health context marked by increasing health inequalities, population ageing, pandemics and migration, the development of competencies for the intercultural encounter between healthcare workers and patients is essential. Tertiary education institutions have a social responsibility to address this issue. ⋯ Therefore, it is necessary to reflect upon the models that will guide this process, and to assess undergraduate curricula to determine their appropriateness to address this challenge. This article describes a methodology for assessing the undergraduate curriculum for the development of intercultural competence and presents a strategy for promoting its sustainable development across the curriculum.

Meta Analysis[Systematic review of treatment alternatives for depressed adults with early adverse stress].
Early adverse stress is a risk factor for the appearance of mental health ailments during adulthood. ⋯ Despite the ubiquity of EAS and its adverse and long-lasting consequences for well-being and health, treatment alternatives are scant. This review suggests that there are treatment interventions for depression in adults exposed to EAS that may achieve integral mental health benefits, alleviating its impact on various symptoms and functional domains, when EAS is explicitly considered in the treatment intervention.

Chile has implemented numerous successful food and nutrition initiatives since the early 20th century, aiming to address malnutrition in all its forms. ⋯ Using the NOURISHING framework, a comprehensive summary and description of nutrition and food public health policies implemented in Chile is described. An overview of the policy changes required according to the nutritional needs of the population and the nutritional transition in Chile is provided.

Case Reports[Treatment of Hodgkin disease relapse after allogeneic transplantation with nivolumab. Report of two cases].
Hodgkin's Lymphoma has a very good prognosis. In the unusually refractory patients allogeneic transplantation offers a chance of cure. ⋯ Relapse after allogeneic transplantation has an extremely poor prognosis. We report two patients with refractory Hodgkin's lymphoma who relapsed after an allogeneic transplant and who were successfully treated with Nivolumab.
