[Analysis of emergency obstetric hysterectomy: the change of indications and the application of intraoperative interventions].
To investigate the change of indications of emergency obstetric hysterectomy and the clinical application of intraoperative interventions. And to provide evidence for prevention of hysterectomy and improvement of obstetric quality. ⋯ The incidence of emergency obstetric hysterectomy did not change significantly in the past decade. However, the indications and intraoperative interventions have changed significantly in the second five years compared with the first five years. The main surgical indications were uterine inertia and postpartum hemorrhage due to pathological placenta embedment. Therefore, strict control of caesarean section indications was important to reduce emergency obstetric hysterectomy.

[Clinical analysis of 32 cases with neuroendocrine carcinoma of the uterine cervix in early-stage disease].
To investigate the survival and recurrence data after treatment in neuroendocrine carcinoma of the uterine cervix (NECUC) with stage Ib-IIa, and to analyse its prognostic factors. ⋯ The prognosis of NECUC in early-stage is poor and the lesion size of the cervix and FIGO stage are prognostic factors.

[The value of maternal first and second trimester serum data of β-hCG, PAPP-A, AFP and uE3 in the prediction of preeclampsia].
To discover the value of combined maternal first and second-trimester serum β-hCG, pregnancy associated plasma protein A (PAPP-A), alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)and unconjugated estriol (uE3) in the prediction of preeclampsia. ⋯ Both the individual parameter (PAPP-A, AFP and uE3) and the combined data have prediction value for preeclampsia, but the latter is more effective than any of the single parameter.

[Clinical value of genome-wide high resolution chromosomal microarray analysis in etiological study of fetuses with congenital heart defects].
To explore the clinical value of genome-wide high resolution chromosomal microarray analysis (CMA) in etiological study of fetuses with congenital heart disease (CHD) diagnosed by fetal echocardiography. ⋯ In fetuses with CHD and normal karyotype, the application of CMA could increase the detection rate of pCNV. Genome-wide CMA could be used as a regular tool in the prenatal diagnosis of fetuses with CHD and normal karyotype. This technology may benefit evaluation of fetal prognosis in prenatal genetic counselling.

Comparative Study[Comparison of the effect of different diagnostic criteria of subclinical hypothyroidism and positive TPO-Ab on pregnancy outcomes].
To explore the effect of different diagnositic criteria of subclinical hypothyroidism using thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) and positive thyroid peroxidase antibodies (TPO-Ab) on the pregnancy outcomes. ⋯ (1) The incidence of subclinical hypothyroidism is rather high during early pregnancy and can lead to adverse pregnancy outcome. (2) Positive TPO-Ab result has important predictive value of the thyroid dysfunction and GDM. (3) Relatively, the ATA standard of diagnosis (serum TSH level> 2.50 mU/L) is safer for the antenatal care; the national standard (serum TSH level> 5.76 mU/L) is not conducive to pregnancy management.
