[Value of second trimester maternal serum sFlt-1, PlGF and their ratio in the prediction of preeclampsia].
To study the value of second trimester maternal serum soluble Fms-like tyrosine kinase 1 (sFlt-1), placenta grouth factor (PlGF) and their ratio in the prediction of preeclampsia. ⋯ The value of sFlt-1, PlGF and their ratio at 24-28 weeks of gestation was significantly changed before clinical onset of preeclampsia.Use these serum indicators to predict preeclampsia will hopefully provide objective evidence for the management of patients who will develop preeclampsia later.

[Analysis of the effects of gestational diabetes mellitus based on abnormal blood glucose on pregnancy outcomes].
To investigate the relationship of different types of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and pregnancy outcomes. ⋯ The GDM group with more than FBG ≥ 5.1 mmol/L had a higher incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes, it suggested that we should pay more attention and take actively intervented; the pregnant woman is not recommended for 75g OGTT detection when fasting blood glucose was below 4.4 mmol/L because of the low rate of GDM and adverse pregnancy outcomes among them.

[Effect of domestic highly purified urinary follicle stimulating hormone on outcomes of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer in controlled ovarian stimulation].
To investigate the effect of domestic urine-derived high-purity follicle- stimulating hormone (HP-FSH, Lishenbao) on the outcome of in vitro fertilization(IVF) embryo transfer (ET) in controlled ovarian stimulation (COS). ⋯ In IVF/ICSI treatment cycles, domestic HP-FSH has similar live birth rate and lower financial burden when compared with rFSH.

[Clinical study on echocardiography combined with end-tidal CO2 monitoring in preventing the venous air embolism during operative hysteroscopy].
To explore the value of transthoracic echocardiography(TTE) combined with partial pressure of end-tidal CO2 (P ETCO2) monitoring in preventing venous air embolism(VAE) during hysteroscopy operation. ⋯ TTE combined with P ETCO2 monitoring can effectively predict the occurrence of air embolism in hysteroscopic surgery; Continuous groups of gas emboli signal in RA accompanied by a decrease in P ETCO2 ≥ 5 mm Hg indicates that the occurrence of air embolism; the more the amount of intravasation of distension fluid and the blood loss, the more the air into the body. Timely intervention can effectively prevent the development of air embolism when the VAE in grade 3 or above accompanied by a decrease in P ETCO2 ≥ 5 mm Hg.
