[Application of multiplex quantitative fluorescent PCR with non-polymorphic loci in prenatal diagnosis].
To explore the feasibility of application of multiplex quantitative fluorescent PCR with non-polymorphic loci in prenatal diagnosis of aneuploidies. ⋯ Prenatal aneuploidy detection by non-polymorphic QF-PCR is feasible in a clinical diagnostic setting. With the advantages of high throughput, rapidness and low cost, this method shows a good prospect in clinical application.

[Analysis of risk factors for uteroplacental apoplexy complicating placental abruption].
To study the clinical characteristics, the outcome of pregnancy and the risk factors of uteroplacental apoplexy complicating severe placental abruption. ⋯ Preeclampsia, long duration of disease and fundal or cornual placenta a risk factors for uteroplacental apoplexy complicating placental abruption, which may lead to a poor maternal-fetal prognosis.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Effect of labor analgesia with ropivacaine on the lactation of paturients].
To examine the effect of labor analgesia with ropivacaine on maternal serum prolactin, time of first colostrum production and the rate of abundant lactation. ⋯ (1) Epidural anesthesia with ropivacaine might affect the secretion of prolactin, while the starting time and amount of lactation may be affected by other factors. (2) Prolactin increases after delivery, reaches a peak 2 hours after delivery and maintains high levels 24 hours after delivery, which contented necessary for lactation.

[Influence of nuclear factor-kappaB decoy oligonucleotides on RANTES expression and monocyte chemotactic activity in stromal cells of ectopic endometrium].
To study the inhibitory effect on the expression of regulated upon activation, normal T cell expressed and secreted (RANTES) and monocyte chemotactic activity of ectopic endometrial stromal cells by nuclear factor (NF)-kappaB decoy oligonucleotides (ODN). ⋯ RANTES accounts for the majority of the monocyte chemotactic activity in IL-1beta induced medium of 24 h. NF-kappaB decoy ODN may influence the feed-forward inflammatory loop whereby IL-1beta from activated macrophages can lead to RANTES production by ectopic implants and further monocyte chemotaxis.
