Lumbar intervertebral disc herniation clinical symptoms and signs are very complicated, lumbocrural pain is the most characteristic clinical symptoms, and show the site (range or area), intensity, nature, evolution, influence factors and adjoint symptoms and so on has certain characteristics and rules. Among them, the dermatomal pain, kinesthetic dysesthesia, dynamic changing pain and lesions segment vertebral side deep tenderness are the most impotent characteristics and rules of pain, therefore, can be regarded as the main basis of clinical diagnosis of the disease, and also the core content of this article.

To observe effects of removing arms and ovarian on lumbar intervertebral disc and vertebral bone mineral density (BMD) by establishing rat model of lumbar intervetebral disc degeneration (IDD) with kidney deficiency, and to explore internal mechanism of disc degeneration, relationship between disc degeneration and osteoporosis. ⋯ Rats model of lumbar disc degeneration established by removed forelimbs and ovariectomized can occure "bone like"--osteoporosis, which is similar with clinical kidney lumbar disc degeneration in tissue morphology, molecular cell biology expression.

[Comparison of internal fixation and semi-shoulder arthroplasty in treating proximal humerus comminuted fractures in elderly].
To explore clinical effectiveness of internal fixation and semi-shoulder arthroplasty in treating proximal humerus comminuted fractures in elderly. ⋯ There is no difference in qulity of life and functional recovery for the treatment of proximal humerus comminuted fractures by open reduction and internal fixation and semi-shoulder arthroplasty. However, the complication rate in semi-shoulder arthroplasty was lower than that of internal fixation group.

To evaluate therapeutic effects of Wallis interspinous dynamic stabilization in treating ASD after lumbar spinal fusion. ⋯ There is no difference in immediate effects between two groups. Both of them can obtain good results for effective decompression. Medial-term effectiveness of treatment group is obviously better than control group, which depends on Wallis interspinous dynamic stabilization to plays good biology effects and effective accelerate adjacent degeneration caused by lumbar fusion.
