As a self-protective mechanism of cells, autophagy of cells can maintain cell stability by degrading self-aging substances, and it can be highly induced. The ability of autophagy to degraded cells will decrease with age. The resorption phenomenon after lumbar disc herniation is one of the effective mechanisms in conservative treatment of lumbar disc herniation. ⋯ The study of cell autophagy has great significance to the degenerative disease of intervertebral disk and the reabsorption of lumbar disc herniation. And it is also of great significance for the clinical treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation. For this reason, we should pay more attention to the study of cell autophagy in resorption.

To explore the early clinical effect and safety of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic technology for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. ⋯ Percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy can effectively and safely relieve neck and shoulder pain, improving nerve function, enhance life quality, maintaining cervical stability. It is worthwhile to generalize and apply in clinical settings.

To explore the feasibility and clinical effect of posterior spinal canal decompression with pedicle screw fixation and reconstruction of anterior and middle vertebral column for thoracolumbar burst fractures complicated with nerve injury. ⋯ Spinal canal decompression with screw fixation and reconstruction of anterior and middle vertebral column through posterior midline approach is a safe and effective method in the treatment of thoracolumbar burst fractures with nerve injury, it is worthy to be popularized. It can complete the spinal canal decompression of 360 degree, reduction of fractures and reconstruction of vertebral three-column at the same time through a single posterior approach. The advantages includes less trauma, perfect decompression, good stability and etc.

To explore the clinical efficacy of unilateral open-door laminoplasty combined with foraminotomy for cervical ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament(OPLL). ⋯ Unilateral open-door cervical laminoplasty combined with foraminotomy is an effective method to treat cervical OPLL, which could provide sufficient decompression of spinal cord and nerve root, prevent the C₅ nerve root palsy.

To evaluate the clinical effects of percutaneous pedicle screw fixation(PPSF) combined with percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP) for the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures. ⋯ Compared to simple PVP, PPSF combined with PVP in treating osteoporotic thoracolumbar fracture can obtain stronger vertebral strength and stiffness, furthermore to improve vertebral reduced effect, keeping vertebral heights, and preventing vertebral re-collapse.
