Combining K-line (the connecting line of the midpoint of C₂ and C₇ spinal canal on the cervical lateral X-ray film) to analyze the relationship between cervical range of motion of patients with ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament (OPLL) and surgical prognosis. ⋯ No matter whether the ossification of cervical posterior longitudinal ligament was classified as K-line (+) or K-line (-), the cervical posterior single open-door laminoplasty can improve the neurological symptoms of patients, especially the patients in the K-line(+) group with better prognosis. The patinets in K-line(+) group, when postoperative at 3 months CLV>0, their improvement rate was lower than that of the patients with postoperative at 3 months CLV<=0.

To compare the curative effect of short-segment pedicle screw fixation combined with vertebroplasty and injured vertebra pedicle fixation in treating osteoporotic thoracolumbar burst fractures. ⋯ For the treatment of single osteoporotic thoracolumbar burst fractures, short-segment pedicle screw fixation combined with vertebroplasty is better than combined with injured vertebra pedicle fixation in clinical effect, it can relieve pain, maintain injured vertebral height and sagittal alinement, reduce the complications associated with internal fixation, and be worth spread in clinic.

To investigate clinical effects of calcaneal fracture with closed reduction and minimally invasive plate fixation assisted with bidirectional distractor distraction. ⋯ Bidirectional distractor distraction assisted with minimally invasive plate fixation could effectively fix calcaneal fractures, reduce postoperative complications, and get satisfied results of postoperative images and functional recovery. It is one of effective methods for treating Sanders II and III calcaneal fractures.

To investigate clinical effects of improved anatomical locking plate internal fixation through tarsal sinus incision in treating Sanders III and IV calcaneal fractures. ⋯ Improved anatomical locking plate internal fixation through tarsal sinus incision in treating Sanders III and IV calcaneal fractures, which has advantages of less incision, less soft tissue injury, better fracture reduction and fixation, could receive good reduction and fixation. It is an effective method for Sanders III and IV fracture of calcaneus fracture.

To compare clinical results of Sanders II-IV fractures of calcaneus treated by self-setting calcium phosphate cement and allograft with locking reconstruction bone plate internal fixation. ⋯ Both of open reduction bone grafting and reconstructive plate internal fixation have good effective results for calcaneal fracture. Compared with allograft, self-setting calcium phosphate cement, which has no rejection response and less complications, has equal effects for calcaneal fracture and deserves to be popularized.
