[Application of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation to multimodal analgesia after total knee arthroplasty].
To study the effects of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation on multimodal analgesia after total knee arthroplasty. ⋯ It is meaningful to apply transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation for treating multimodal analgesia after total knee arthroplasty, which can not only relieve patients' postoperative pain, and also promote the rehabilitation of knee function as far as possible.

To compare the clinical effects of close manipulative reduction combined with minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation(MIPPO) and conventional open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF) for the treatment of proximal humerus fractures. ⋯ The close manipulative reduction combined with MIPPO is a better choice for fixation of proximal humerus fractures, compared with conventional plate. This method possesses such advantages as a shorter incision, less disturbance of the blood supply and stable fixation of the fracture, allowing early exercise so that the function of shoulder recovers rapidly.

To investigate the effects of locking plate fixation through lateral deltoid approach for proximal humeral fracture combined with micro-invasive percutaneous plating (MIPPO) technique. ⋯ Lateral deltoid approach combined with locking plate fixation for treatment of proximal humeral fracture has advantages of small invasion, less blood lossing, short operative time, stable fixation, high rate of fracture healing, and satisfactory functional recovery.

To evaluate the early clinical and radiographic outcome of scaphoid non-unions treated with Acutrak headless compression screw. ⋯ For scaphoid non-unions, Acutrak headless compression screw fixation can provide anatomical reduction, provide satisfactory results with a high union rate, well return of function and minimal complications in the early stage.
