To explore the application value of 3D printing technology in preoperative surgery plan and intraoperative auxiliary operation for adult kyphoscoliosis deformity. ⋯ The 3D print model can visually and clearly show the vertebral morphology and structure of adult kyphoscolisis and its spatial relationship with the adjacent vertebrae, blood vessels, and nerves, which provides a good and intuitive stereoscopic anatomical structure observation for the individualization of the surgical plan. Pre-simulation of operations to determine the internal fixation, fusion segment and osteotomy orthopedic way, may to provide a reference for actual clinical surgery, and can improve the accuracy and safety of surgery.

To compare the effect of percutaneous bridging plate and retrograde suprapubic intramedullary screw in the treatment of anterior ring fracture of pelvis. ⋯ Percutaneous bridging plate and retrograde suprapubic intramedullary screw fixation of pelvic anterior ring fracture have the same effect. The operation time of the percutaneous plate group was shorter, the times of intraoperative fluoroscopy was less, and the learning curve was shorter, but the variation of the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve should be noted during the operation.

To compare the clinical effect of proximal fibular osteotomy (PFO) and single condyle replacement (UKA) in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis of different severity. ⋯ Compared with UKA, PFO has the advantages of small trauma, fast recovery and low cost. The curative effect of PFO is equal to or more than UKA in the patients with gradeⅡand Ⅲ knee osteoarthritis. It is an alternative surgical method for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.

To explore the hemostatic effect of absorbable hemostatic fluid gelatin in single anterior cervical subtotal corpectomy and decompression fusion (ACCF) . ⋯ Absorbable hemostatic fluid gelatin has a significant hemostatic effect in ACCF operation, can maintain a good operation field, can reduce the decompression time of spinal canal, reduce the amount of bleeding during operation and the amount of bleeding after operation. It is a more effective and safe hemostatic material than the traditional hemostatic method.

To compare the application of multi-mode and single-mode intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring in the treatment of severe ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament of cervical spine with anterior cervical corpectomy with fusion. ⋯ In anterior cervical corpectomy with fusion operation for the treatment of severe cervical ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament, various modes of intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring can real-time understand spinal cord and nerve function status, significantly reduce the incidence of spinal cord and nerve injury during operation, and effectively improve the safety of operation.
