To study the clinical efficacy of the treatment of patellar fracture percutaneous or open reduction with "8" tension band wire fixation. ⋯ Percutaneous internal fixation for the treatment of patellar fracture has advantages of minimally invasive, quick recovery. The clinical effectiveness of this method is superior to the open reduction.

To explore radiographic results and clinical effects of posterior atlanto axial vertebra internal fixation in treating instability of occipitocervical. ⋯ Posterior atlanto axial vertebra internal fixation in treating instability of occipitocervical can effectively recover physiological curvature of cervical, provide mechanical stability, and obtain good clinical effect. For the young patients who require further activity, posterior fixation and non-fusion technology is a good choose, which can avoid bone graft.

[Case-control studies on therapeutic effects of combined methods of minimally invasive percutaneous proximal humerus locked osteosynthesis plate with injectable bone for the treatment of proximal humerus fractures in elderly patients].
To evaluate the clinical effects of combined methods of minimally invasive percutaneous proximal humeral internal locking system (PHILOS) and injectable bone for the treatment of proximal humerus fractures in elderly patients. ⋯ PHILOS combined with injectable bone for the treatment of proximal humerus fractures in elderly patients has advantages of minimal wound, stable fixation, and earlier rehabilitation.
