Randomized Controlled Trial Comparative Study
[Comparative study on effect and safty of treating on calcaneus fractures with manipulative reduction with percutaneous K-wire fixation].
To explore the clinical effects and safty of manipulative reduction with percutaneous poking K-wire fixation for the treatment of the calcaneus fractures and analyze the indication of the minimal invasion. ⋯ For tongue form or compressing form of Sanders type II and tongue form of Sanders type III, manipulative reduction with percutaneous poking K-wire fixation has advantages of minimal invasion, minimized complications. Compressing form of Sanders type III fracture should be treated with operative redution.

To study the clinical effects and application value of intraoperative CT in treatment of severe scoliosis with posterior total pedicle screws. ⋯ Application of in traoperative CT in severe scoliosis with posterior total pedicle screws can detect and amend malpositioned screws timely in surgery, to avoid secondary surgery for malpositioned screws and protect the safety of surgery. The effects of surgery is satisfactory.

To investigate the outcome of the children with thoracic spine tuberculosis who underwent radical debridement, reconstruction with bone autograft or allograft and internal fixation via posterior approach. ⋯ The one-stage posterior approach can provide direct and safe access to the lesion. The effect of vertebral canal decompression and kyphosis deformity correction were significantly. The structural iliac crest autograft or allograft and posterior transpedicular screw system could work effectively to stabilize the thoracic junction.

To evaluate the clinical effects of close reduction combined with minimally invasive percutanous plate osteosynthesis (MIPPO) for proximal and distal tibial fractures. ⋯ Treatment of proximal and distal tibial fractures with close reduction and MIPPO technique can not only preserve soft tissue, simplify operative procedure and decrease wound, but also can obtain rigid internal fixation and guarantee early function exercises of knee and ankle joints. The method has the advantages of less soft tissue injury, less blood loss, reliable fixation, which is effective method in treating proximal and distal tibial fractures and corresponds with the standpoint of biological fixation.

To study the clinical efficacy of needle-knife to cut off the medial branch of the lumbar posterior ramus under C-arm guiding to treat low back pain caused by lumbar facet osteoarthritis. ⋯ Using needle-knife to cut off the medial branch of the lumbar posterior ramus could get longer efficacy than hormone injection in the treatment of lumbar facet osteoarthritis.
