To introduce and evaluate the clinical effects of percutaneous reduction and Kirschner pin fixation for the treatment of intraarticular fractures of the calcaneus in children. ⋯ Percutaneous reduction and Kirschner pin fixation is an effective minimally invasive way to treat intraarticular fractures of the calcaneus in children, it has many advantages such as minimal invasion, reliable fixation and satisfactory effects.

To explore applicability and therapeutic effects of Micro-endoscopic discectomy (MED) for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in senile patients over seventy years old. ⋯ MED is effective for the senile patients over 70 years old with lumbar disc herniation and promotes ambulation earlier. MED has the advantage of minimal invasive, less blood loss and good clinical effects; MED is suitable for the patients with obvious radiating pain in lower extremities, especially under the keen joint and combine with mild spinal stenosis and root stenosis.

To analyze the characteristics of children tibial intercondylar eminence fractures, and introduce arthroscopic minimally invasive techniques for the treatment of tibial intercondylar eminence fractures in children. ⋯ The type II and type III tibial intercondylar eminence fractures occur frequently in children. Lesions of the menisci and cartilage occur seldom. The method of arthroscopic cross Kirschner wire fixation for the treatment of tibial intercondylar eminence fracture is easy to operate. Simultaneously, this technique is less invasive and allows early recovery. Also it coincidences with the characteristic rapid bone growth of children.

[Treatment of acute ankle fractures with arthroscopy-assisted open reduction and internal fixation].
To explore the clinical results of arthroscopy-assisted open reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of acute Lauge-Hansen stage IV ankle fractures. ⋯ Intra-articular disorders are common in Lauge-Hansen stage IV ankle fractures, and osteochondral lesion and sydesmosis diastasis are the most important prognostic factor that leads to unsatisfactory ankle functions. Arthroscopy-assisted open reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of acute ankle fractures is not only helpful to anatomical reduction of the articular surface, but also can improve the clinical results with effective diagnosis and treatment of combined intra-articular disorders.

To investigate therapeutic effects of minimally invasive arthroscopic internal fixation with plates and screws in treating tibial plateau fractures. ⋯ Different types of fracture of tibial plateau should be treated with different surgical treatments. Arthroscopic technique for reduction of fractures, which has less influence on bony union and minimally invasive, and can provide a good clinical outcome.
